Become a sustaining donor by setting up monthly donations. Automatic bank transfers or credit card donations are easy to arrange, and a great way to make your contribution over a period of time. To do this simply go to Give Now on the LCS website, choose the recurring donation option and follow the prompts.

 

Gifts to Lake Country School in honor or in memory of an individual are a meaningful way to recognize and celebrate the difference that a person has made in your life, the life of your family or the life of your child. When a gift is made to Lake Country School in memory or in honor of an individual, Lake Country notifies the family or individual of the gift and of the donor. You may make an honorary or memorial gift to Lake Country School by clicking here.

Gifts of appreciated stock or securities to Lake Country School can be made quickly, easily and provide significant tax savings to you. In most cases, the full fair market value of the stock on the day it is donated to Lake Country School is allowable as a tax deduction. Because your gift is not considered a sale of those securities, you avoid paying capital gains tax. Follow the link below with instructions on how to make a transfer.
 
Transfer Instructions

Many corporations fully or partially match the charitable contributions of its employees. Please check with your Human Resources department to determine if your company has an Employee Matching Gift Program and to request a matching gift form.

You can also donate to Lake Country School during your company’s United Way drive. On your United Way pledge form, just indicate that you want your donation or payroll deductions directed to Lake Country School at 3755 Pleasant Ave. S., Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55409. Your company’s Human Resources department can assist you in directing your gift. Please inform us of your gift so that we can track it with United Way.

(Note: If you make a gift to Lake Country School through United Way and use your company’s matching gift program, your match will go to United Way, NOT to Lake Country School.)
